How to use
<ul>
 <li>Place your iPhone on the floor</li>
 <li>Tap the start button</li>
 <li>Keep your face close to the upper part of the iPhone screen or count on each screen tap</li>
</ul>

Active Energy Calculation Example: 
Ex. METs 3.8, Weight 50 kg, Time 10 min. 
(3.8 - 1) x 50 x (10 / 60) x 1.05 = 24.5 kcal.

Optional permission requests:

 <li>Apple Health: Used to store data in Apple Health</li>
 <li>Tracking: Enables personalized ads delivery</li>
 <li>Notifications: Necessary for sending notifications</li>
