How to use

Place your iPhone on the floor
Tap the start button
Keep your face close to the upper part of the iPhone screen or count on each screen tap

Active Energy Calculation Example:
Ex. METs 3.8, Weight 50 kg, Time 10 min.
(3.8 - 1) x 50 x (10 / 60) x 1.05 = 24.5 kcal.

Optional permission requests:

Apple Health: Used to store data in Apple Health
Tracking: Enables personalized ads delivery
Notifications: Necessary for sending notifications
Photo Library: Used for saving images in Photo Library
